Jason helped us sell our home in the summer of 2021. Our home included some challenges (formica counters, wood paneling) but Jason knew how to present it well. Jason presented a detailed and careful market analysis which helped us choose the right asking price, and so our home sold quickly for above the asking price, unlike some other homes in the neighborhood which had languished even in the hot Austin market. Jason was responsive, patient, optimistic while still being a realist, and he gave us all the information we needed so that we understood what was happening as our sale progressed.
