How to even begin to describe how wonderful our experience with Jason has been over the last year and continues to be...? Scanning other Google reviews, we completely agree with all the positive sentiments and share similar experiences with his other clients. Honestly, I’m a little surprised to see so many recent reviews, because we’ve always felt like we were his only client!
We met Jason in 2013 when we were looking for our first house. We were working with another realtor at the time, but we went to a couple of Jason’s open houses that summer, and were so impressed with our brief interactions with him that we sought him out 6 years later.
One of the most valuable things Jason helped us with was preparing to sell our home in Crestview. He consulted with us several months before we planned to list so that we would be confident in the renovation investments we were considering. On top of that, his guidance and ownership throughout the timing of everything was steadfast. He was our rock through budgeting, financing, renovation, timeline, strategy, staging, listing, offers, and finally -selling. He balanced my creative ambition and my husband’s risk anxiety like a wizard.
So while all this selling stuff was happening, he was helping us find a new home. He helped us define our needs and wants, and after touring maybe 30 homes with him in about 9-month’s time, he helped us buy the perfect home for us. We’re still pinching ourselves that we even got the place!
Jason is patient, methodical, humble, data-driven, loves tacos, brilliant, resourceful, and a very tall man. He is a talented realtor, an expert in the real estate industry, and a very thoughtful person.

Jason helped us sell our previous home. We are "those people" who hate using brokers and prefer real estate tech sites. But since Jason came highly recommended to us, we decided to at least have an initial meeting to suss him out. We were immediately taken by his honesty and demeanor. He wasn't sales-y nor pushy and gave us clear, honest information.

I worked with Jason in 2019 to purchase a condo in NW Austin. The experience was great, start to finish. During the process he was consistently responsive and proactive, but I never felt pressured. Jason has been my realtor for two houses. One was a complicated purchase that he weathered beautifully. He answers all of my house related questions and has a treasure trove of repair people to whom he can refer you. Won't use anyone else in Austin.
Jason was highly recommended to us by a friend, and he has been really great to work with as we bought our house. He's been extremely responsive over email and text, and he's gone above and beyond to check in with us, let us know where we are in the process and what tasks have yet to be completed. He was also available at a moment's notice to set up showings. Even after our closing, we'll continue to stay in touch with him with any questions we might have and he's also made a commitment to keep us posted about important dates like when we should apply for tax exemptions, etc. And he's been really helpful in keeping track of deadlines, and checking in for us with the lender, title company, and all the other people that need to stay informed.

Jason recently helped me find and purchase my first home. I was really nervous about this huge decision, but Jason put me at ease from our first meeting, and all the way through to purchasing my home less than a month later. He listened to everything that I wanted, and said "okay!". He occasionally made suggestions outside of what I had initially planned for (location, budget, etc), but he never pushed me in any direction I did not want to go. He explained the process in easy terms, and answered the same questions as many times as I needed without making me feel like a dummy. He also recommended the neighborhood that I eventually ended up buying in, and have since fallen in love with.
